2023-24 START TIMES
INTERMEDIATE (5th & 6th grade)
7:45 a.m. - 2:25 p.m
ELEMENTARY (K-4th grade)
8:30 a.m.-3:10 p.m.
*Pre-K begins at 8:05 a.m. and ends at 2:50 p.m. at ALL JPS elementary sites.
MIDDLE SCHOOL/FRESHMAN ACADEMY/HIGH SCHOOL/ALTERNATIVE CENTER (7th-12th grade)
9:15 a.m.-3:55 p.m.
DISTANCE LEARNING/STAFF COLLABORATION DAYS
For the 2023-24 school year, six dates are set aside as Distance Learning Days for all JPS students and Collaboration Days for staff members. Students will stay home on these dates to participate in distance learning. Teachers will notify students of assignments via Canvas or other digital platforms.
JPS staff members will meet on these dates to collaborate, but students will not attend school in-person on the dates listed below:

SITE INFORMATION
For elementary and intermediate sites, Meet the Teacher events will be by appointment only. Once parents have completed the online Back to School Registration process (click here for details), teachers will begin contacting parents to set up a meeting.
Details on Back to School Nights will be communicated from school sites and/or Site Principals. Parents should monitor email and check school site social media platforms for the latest information. For questions, please contact the school site directly by calling 918-299-4415 and dialing the site’s extension.
